M8 Connectors are based on a fine threaded M8 x 1 mm coupling nut, also available is the push or snap fit version. In the M8 range, the keyway for the connector is provided by the configuration of the contacts. Both the moulded and field attachable versions achieve IP67 with the former available with PVC or PUR cable. The M8 receptacles are pre-wired with individual PVC wires to a set length and are ideal for sensor or panel mounting. In the moulded range there is a 3 pole LED version for proximity sensors, which provides indication of power and output from the sensor in a 90 degree connector body.

M8 Receptacles

We have 3 and 4 pole male and female receptacles for panel or sensor mounting. They are typically pre-wired with PVC insulated wire making them simple and fast to install.

M8 Field Attachable

When you need to construct your own connector assembly directly on to a sensor or special cable, the field attachable connector is ideal for this purpose. These connectors use insulation displacement contacts (IDC) making termination very simple and quick to complete.

M8 Moulded Cordsets

These single ended cable assemblies have the connector directly moulded on to the cable. Being factory assembled and tested, they eliminate time consuming wiring errors and offer a more compact package that is sealed water proof to IP67. We have PVC and PUR cables in standard 2, 5 and 10 metre lengths. Longer lengths or alternative cables are available on request.
