M12 Connectors are based on a fine threaded M12 x 1 mm coupling nut with a single keyway for contact location. The single keyway or A-Code connectors are available in 3, 4, 5 and 8 pole in all moulded, field attachable and receptacle versions. The range includes 3 and 4 pole LED versions for indicating power and signals on a proximity sensors in either a straight or 90 degree body. Also there are fully shielded connectors available in the moulded range where the shield from the cable is connected via an internal shield in the connector to the coupling nut for continuity to the receptacle. The M12 connectors are rated water proof to IP68.

M12 Moulded Cordsets

These single ended cable assemblies have the connector directly moulded on to the cable. Being factory assembled and tested, they eliminate time consuming wiring errors and offer a more compact package that is sealed water proof to IP68. We have PVC and PUR cables in standard 2, 5 and 10 metre lengths. Longer lengths or alternative cables are available on request.

M12 Field Attachable

When you need to construct your own connector assembly directly on to a sensor or special cable, the field attachable connector is ideal for this purpose. These connectors use screw contacts making termination very flexible and quick to complete.

M12 Receptacles

The range includes 3, 4, 5 and 8 pole male and female receptacles for panel or sensor mounting with nickel plated brass bodies. They are typically pre-wired with PVC insulated wire making them simple and fast to install.

M12 Accessories

To enable you to mount the M12 receptacles correctly, you will find the appropriate lock nuts in this area.
